This Week at IHC 06-08-2016 – Presentation by Sheikh Ali for Students “Managing the negative views in the Media” 6.00 PM Saturday
Upcoming programs
On Saturday 6th August, Sheikh Ali will present a short talk to the students about managing the negative views presented in the media about Islam. – After Maghrib prayers (6.00 pm)
On Saturday 13th August, we will be celebrating the birthdays of 8th Imam Ali Redha A.S. and his sister, Bibi Ma’suma of Qum A.S.
The program will begin at 7.30pm and Sheikh Imranali Panjwani will give a lecture in English.
Imam Hasan School news
Term 3 at Imam Hasan School is underway. Fees can be paid in the Office. Thank you.
The timings are 4.15pm-7.30pm
Please bring children by 4.15pm so they can participate fully in Assembly and do not miss out on any activities.
Please make sure children bring all their books and pencils, and are dressed according to school requirements, especially for salat.
Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. The recitation and understanding of Qur’an will be a focus for the IHS this coming year as the aim will be for students to recite Surah Yasin in the Centre’s main programmes. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed and Sheikh Dr. Imranali Panjwani.
